DOWNHILL SKIING
Downhill skiing is exactly what it sounds like - skiing down a hill. Hills can also be defined as mountains, slopes, peaks etc. They require snow, preferably powder, or rather untracked powder or fresh powder to ski downhill. No snow no go, and we are hill to go ski.
While skiing downhill you may also encounter bumps or moguls which may require some steering of your skis to ride through the mogul fields zipper line. Make sure to plant your pole on each mogul in order to maintain control. Also, let your knees absorb each mogul to prevent back pain the following day, or from chronic back pain and you know what chronic back pain from skiing leads too - chronic diarhea, and that means you will not be downhill skiing in that condition.
